It''s a really bad shield tbh,it provide hp and damage reduction which is useful to certain builds(rough rider is always considered depleted after one of the updates).But always being considered depleted means you won't have access to topped off guardian perk (big boost to action skill cooldown rate when shields are full)So whenever your shield goes down the screen flashes i am curintly using the rough rider shield when ever i come out of a menu the screen flashes is thier any way to turn that off?
