It looks like a regular 2A bracket, yet the the first 200 or so 2As off the assembly line had a rear bracket with extra material and two holes in it like the one in this pic.Check out 1st. edition, Group 10-01, Engine, part #640368 (top of the list), and engine gasket set, #640634 (3rd in the list) for examples (some is just dummy data in there for now, just so's you'll see what's possible).
